This is possible because this pizza crust is made from quinoa and this means it’s also gluten free .

For this recipe you’ll need to soak the quinoa before hand for at least 6-8 hours , ok I know you’ll think that’s a long time , but if you do it over night in the morning it i’ll be ready or when you're pouring yourself your morning cup of coffee put some quinoa in a bowl and let it soak and when you come back home from classes our work you’ll find your quinoa all soaked and ready to go and BAM! in no time you’ll do this delicious pizza

So for this recipe you’ll need ;

Rinse the quinoa well and blend for a few minutes , adding the 1/4 cup of water

Once the quinoa is blended and looks like a batter add the garlic powder , baking powder , and salt and blend for 1-2 minutes.

Pour the batter in your lined pan and bake for 10minutes

After 10 minutes flip the crust and bake it for another 10 minutes

Once ready take out the pizza base and add your desired toppings , you can add whatever you like , Go wild with those toppings girl !
